We are looking for customer service-oriented person comfortable with small appliance installation & repair. No experience necessary. We will train.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

- Able to lawfully drive class C vehicle
- Comfortable usage of small tools

- Able to follow company policy & procedure

- English/Korean bilingual

TASKS:
- Drive to customer’s home using company vehicle

- Install Erom Water Ionization Machine & Erom Bidet

- Diagnose & Repair Erom Water Ionization Machine & Erom Bidet

- Explain & advise machine & bidet usage, installation, diagnosis & repair

- Bill customer with invoice & accept payment

- Clean up after installation/repair

- Log installation & repair report
